Information obligations under GDPR.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament, and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data-Protection Regulation), the Official Journal of the European Union, L 2016.119.1, we would like to inform you as follows.

1) The Controller of your personal data is Torf Corporation spółka z o.o., with its registered office in Kąty Wrocławskie (55-080), at ul. Fabryczna 11, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, the 9thCommercial Division, under National Court Register (KRS) No. 0000646959, the Tax-ID No. (NIP) 525-268-39-69;

2) The Controller has appointed a Data-Protection Officer, whom you can contact on;

3) Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of order processing, and marketing activities, based on your consent, and commercial contact. Your personal data are processed based on your consent, and in the cases where the law requires the processing of such personal data, or where this processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party;

4) The categories of personal data include telephone number, address, name, and email;

5) The recipients of your personal data may include any entities processing data on our behalf under data-processing agreements, partner entities, and entities obliged to do so on the basis of legal regulations;

6) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation;

7) Your personal data will be stored to process orders, carry out marketing activities, and contact you for marketing purposes, until you withdraw your consent for the processing of your data;

8) You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, or the restriction of its processing, and the right to object to its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before its withdrawal;

9) You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, namely, the President of the Personal Data-Protection Office, if in your opinion the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and the free movement of such data (GDPR);

10) Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the personal data will prevent us from processing your order, carrying out marketing activities, and contacting you for commercial purposes;

11) In accordance with the privacy policymade available to you, any decisions regarding your data will be made by automated means, including profiling your data on the basis of the available marketing tools, to prepare commercial information which best suits your needs.
