The administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Dz. U. of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) is the Torf Corporation – Fabryka Leków Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Kąty Wrocławskie, ul. Fabryczna 11, with Tax ID (NIP): 895-001-08-85, Business ID (REGON): 008089420, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 000098834, hereinafter referred to as the Company.
The collection of personal data has been reported to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
Personal data collected on this website is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 concerning the protection of personal data and with the Act of 18 July 2002 on Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Dz. U. of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended) for purposes related to the functioning of the site and online store, and in particular the implementation of an order placed by the buyer, storing, improving services, as well as for marketing purposes relating to the Company’s services and cooperating entities.
The Company makes special efforts to protect the privacy and the information relating to users provided to the Company. The Company diligently selects and applies the appropriate technical measures, whether regarding programming or organization to ensure the protection of processed data, and in particular protects all data against any release to unauthorized persons, disclosure, loss or destruction, unauthorized modification as well as against their use in violation of rights under applicable laws.
The Company exercises permanent control over the processing of data and restricts access to said data as much as possible, giving appropriate authority only when it is necessary for the proper conduct of the Company’s service.
The basis on which personal data is processed derives from the consent of the users themselves, as well as the statutory authorization to process data necessary to the fulfilment of any and all services provided by the Company within the scope of its activities.
Provision of any personal information is entirely voluntary. Users can view the site without having to provide information regarding their identity or disclosing any personal information. However, upon the transfer of their personal data, the user is no longer anonymous. By providing personal data, a user agrees to the collection and use by the Company in the manner described in this document and associated Regulations, that is, in order to avail themselves of the services offered or for the processing of an order. After obtaining prior consent, personal information may also be processed and used for marketing purposes related to the functioning of the service and to the products and services offered within it. Data processing takes place only with the prior consent of the Client.
The service may also organize marketing contests or competitions. The contact details of users who take part in such contests are used for its smooth running or for notification of winners, for example, and only after obtaining prior approval of users. In addition, upon obtaining the prior consent of the user, the user’s contact information may be used for the Company to promote other products to them. The user may at any time opt out of receiving such information.
Due to the voluntary nature of the provision of personal data by the user, any user has the right to access their personal data, correct any part of the data, and can also submit to the Company a written request to remove previously-generated personal data from the data set maintained by the Company, subject to point 10, second section. The Company may refuse to delete the data if the user’s current behavior on the site is in violation of the provisions of this agreement or the Regulations or applicable law or if the preservation of data is necessary to determine the circumstances and/or the responsibility of the user.
Should the user wish to change any data, they can do so after logging into their Customer Account within the meaning of the Regulations and may change selected data.
The terms of the e-shop are available on the website, in a format that allows customers to read, download and store the content via printing and signing up at the domain. The Company may delegate the processing of personal data and information about users to third parties in order to perform activities related with provision of the service, as well as to related redress or indemnification for use of the service.
To the extent necessary to implement the order placed by the buyer within the store, the Company may transmit personal buyer data to the following entities:
a. the operator of the online payment system, in particular Allegro SA located in Poznań, at ul. Marcelińska 90, 60-324 Poznan, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court of Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number 0000274399, with share capital of PLN 4,000,000 paid in full, having NIP: 779-23-08-495, which is the provider of payment services within the meaning of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services (Dz. U. 2011.199.1175 as amended) in order to execute the Client’s commissioned payment for the order. The transfer relates to data necessary to complete the payment by Allegro, in particular: name, email address and telephone number.
b. entities providing delivery, in particular Poczta Polska SA with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-949 ul. Łączyny or the courier company DHL. The transfer relates to data necessary to complete physical delivery of ordered products, and in particular: name, telephone number and address.
Users have the ability to receive commercial offers from the Company in the form of messages sent to the user’s specified email address. Users must provide a valid e-mail address to access this service. The user may at any time withdraw their consent to receive commercial information.
